George talks about his own concerns based on his experiences of being a GP, as well as <a href=\"http:\/\/onegpprotest.org\/2012\/01\/07\/exclusive-dh-leak-reveals-uncertainty-over-11000-pct-jobs\/\">points he&#8217;s spotted elsewhere in the online health community<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>These include the pilots on <a href=\"http:\/\/onegpprotest.org\/2012\/01\/08\/my-initial-comment-on-government-pilots-on-boundary-free-general-practice-is-it-a-fraud\/\">removing boundaries to GP practices<\/a> (&#8220;The ultimate aim (covert) is the de-regulation of English general practice&#8221;) and <a href=\"http:\/\/onegpprotest.org\/2011\/12\/31\/a-simple-story-that-illustrates-why-sick-patients-need-a-local-gp\/\">experiences on trying to deliver care to a patient at a distance<\/a>, with a <a href=\"http:\/\/onegpprotest.org\/2011\/09\/18\/the-policy-to-abolish-gp-boundaries-a-scandal-in-search-of-an-audience\/\">more detailed exploration of the issue here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>He&#8217;s also written about <a href=\"http:\/\/onegpprotest.org\/current-registration-policy-the-problem-in-a-nutshell\/\">the problems with registration policy<\/a> &#8211; an issue I&#8217;ve been exploring myself.
