Why is there a giant unused TV screen in Victoria Square, Birmingham?
Why is it there if it’s not going to be used? If it is, what is it’s purpose?
UPDATE: Planning app no 2008/05672/PA is due to be heard by committee 15/10 — and the Council Site still says it will. – Although no decision has been reached.
