Who do I send a Freedom of Information request to for Norwich and Norfolk CCGs?

If you’re interested in information relating to either Norwich CCG (clinical commissioning group), South Norfolk CCG, North Norfolk CCG, West Norfolk CCG or HealthEast CCG, and cannot get information directly, you’ll need to send a Freedom of Information request to the local Primary Care Trust – Great Yarmouth and Waveney PCT.

The email address to do so is gyw-pct.foi@nhs.net

You can also find a page on FOI at that PCT here, and more broadly at NHS Norfolk here, which includes a disclosure log of FOI requests.

We’ve sent an FOI request to find out about the board members, constitution and declaration of interests at Norfolk clinical commissioning groups.

In February Pulse reported on HealthEast CCG writing to GP practices urging them “to be cautious in supporting appeals to Continuing Care panels – a move local GPs claimed was effectively asking them to ‘reconsider their proper role as patient advocate’.”
